As a Journeyman Plumber, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining plumbing systems in commercial and industrial settings.
You will work independently or as part of a team to ensure plumbing systems are installed and maintained according to industry standards and regulations.
Pay Range:

Responsibilities:
Install, repair, and maintain plumbing systems and fixtures in commercial buildings according to local codes and industry standards.
Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure timely completion of plumbing projects while adhering to quality and safety standards.
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and technical drawings to determine the layout and installation requirements.
Identify and troubleshoot plumbing issues, including leaks, clogs, and malfunctions, and implement effective solutions.
Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of plumbing systems to ensure their proper functionality and prevent potential problems.
Collaborate with contractors, subcontractors, and other tradespeople to coordinate work schedules and ensure seamless project execution.
Operate and maintain plumbing tools, equipment, and materials in a safe and efficient manner.
Adhere to all relevant regulations, codes, and standards, ensuring compliance and maintaining high-quality workmanship.
Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client concerns, answering questions, and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project.
Keep accurate records of work performed, materials used, and hours worked, and submit required documentation in a timely manner.
